2. Music Licensing

Each track purchase includes a standard indie game license that grants you the right to use the track in a single commercial game project. This license is non-exclusive and non-transferable.

• You may use purchased tracks in one game project
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the tracks
• You may not use the tracks in standalone music products (albums, playlists, etc.)
• Credit is appreciated but not required

3. Custom Work

Custom composition projects are subject to a separate agreement between you and Bubby's Beats. Pricing, timeline, revisions, and licensing terms will be agreed upon before work begins.

4. Preview Tracks

Preview clips available on the website are for evaluation purposes only. They may contain audio watermarks and are not licensed for use in any project. Only purchased, full-quality tracks are licensed.

5. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are handled through our inquiry system. Payment terms will be agreed upon before delivery. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All music, branding, and content on this website is the property of Bubby's Beats. Purchasing a track grants a license to use it, not ownership of the underlying composition or recording.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
